The following apply to the website
 Any order placed by the Buyer shall be considered as acceptance of these general terms and conditions, which form an integral part of the agreement, to the exclusion of all other general or special terms and conditions emanating from the Seller, which are always the subject of an express written document.

Prices and product information
Sales prices on the website are listed in euros and include VAT but exclude shipping costs. The seller has the right to change and correct the prices of products and product information. If a product is discounted shortly after your purchase, there is no claim for a refund of the price difference.

The salesperson makes every effort to post product descriptions and photo materials as clearly and correctly as possible. Information on items (e.g. sizes and materials) are always indicative and color shades on the photo may differ slightly from real colors. You can always get additional explanations about the offer by sending an email.

Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After this date it is no longer possible to use the voucher in the store or webshop.

Order acceptance
The Vendor shall be bound by an order only after it has been confirmed in writing or after it has commenced execution. Product information, pricing and detailed order information are prepared and communicated subject to change and correction. Payment
Payment of your order is made through the system of payment provider Mollie. (See privacy statement) Delivery
In the case of standard articles, the package will be handed over to bpost within 4 working days after receipt of payment unless otherwise communicated. Personalized orders have a delivery time of 7 to 10 working days. Errors in the address information are your responsibility as Buyer and will result in additional charges if a package needs to be resent. The stated delivery times are not binding, but are given as an indication only. No delay in delivery can give rise to termination of the purchase or payment of damages in favor of the Buyer, except in cases of intentional delay.

In the event of non-delivery of the goods (except for shipment with stamps which as stated is AT OWN RISK), any sums paid by Buyer will be refunded without interest or other compensation. Order
After you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. Should an error have occurred in the inventory system and an item is no longer in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. Right of withdrawal
If you buy goods (except personalized items) from me, you have the right for 14 days from delivery to decide that you do not want to keep the goods. You can then return your order without paying a penalty and without giving a reason (you pay the cost for this yourself).Within 14 days after I have received your order back or you have indicated that you wish to withdraw from the contract, we will refund you the full purchase price of it using the same means of payment with which you paid. Therefore, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. I may wait to refund until the goods are returned. During the first 14 days after delivery, I expect you to handle the order and its packaging carefully. If you still wish to return the goods as described above, you may only unpack or use them to the extent necessary to judge whether you wish to keep the good. Returned goods may be fitted but not used. If you are returning the goods, this must be done if possible together with the original packaging, with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging and taking into account our instructions below.

You can return your return package via mail or courier. To exercise your right of withdrawal quickly and correctly, please complete the form below and email it to ellen@madebyellen-b2b.be. I will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your revocation.“WITHDRAWAL FORM” (only complete and return this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract).

By placing an order on madebyellen-b2b.be, you as the Buyer expressly consent to the processing and use of your personal data for purposes described in our privacy statement.

Complaints
Should you not be satisfied with your order, it may be returned within 14 business days provided the goods are unused WITH EXCEPTION OF PERSONALIZED JEWELS. Please do let me know via email first so I can get you the return information. Shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. Within 5 business days of receiving the goods in their original packaging, the purchase price minus the shipping costs will be refunded.

All goods sold are covered by the legal warranty of 2 years (24 months). This warranty covers the “non-conformity” of the goods, i.e. all situations in which the delivered good does not correspond to the good requested or ordered.

Force majeure
The Vendor shall not be liable for any delay in the performance or non-performance of its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as, for example, difficulties in supply or shortages of raw materials, energy or transportation or delays in transportation, strikes, lockouts, work stoppages or other collective labor disputes, which affect the Vendor or its suppliers, even if these events are foreseeable. Evidence
Electronic evidence (email, backups, etc.) is accepted by all parties involved within the framework of sales agreements and relationships. Severability
Should any of the present conditions be declared void or inapplicable, the other conditions shall remain in full force and effect and this condition shall apply to the extent permitted by law. Applicable law
All contracts entered into with me as the seller are governed by Belgian law. Disclaimer
The domain name madebyellen-b2b.be, the logo and other components such as photographs of items associated with Made by e l l e n are protected by intellectual property law. Anyone who would like to reproduce or distribute them to the public must first obtain the express written permission of Ellen Van Assche. The gems are made with small parts that are not suitable for children less than 4 years old. ‘Made by e l l e n’ cannot be held responsible for accidents that happen due to or when wearing her gems.
