All materials are anti-allergic and nickel-free. The description of the earrings always states which materials were used specifically. Do you have questions about allergies or would you like to have a pair adjusted? Feel free to send me an e-mail or give me a call!
You can always consult the exact opening hours on the website. If these days and/or hours don’t suit you, you can always make an appointment to come by at another time. This is possible in the evening or during the day.
Earrings are always shipped in a jewellery box to avoid damage during transport. I work with bPost, PostNL, DPD and DHL for this purpose. Prices depend on the volume and the location to which the parcel needs to be sent.

Collection is possible during opening hours of the shop or by appointment at another time. Make sure to wait until you receive an e-mail telling you that your parcel is ready.
All models that can definitely be customised have a ‘configure’ button in the webshop. If you see another model that you would like to have adapted, you can always contact me and I’ll check what’s possible.
