Made by e l l e n processes your personal data because you use a service and/or because you provide it yourself by, for example, using the contact form on the website. Below is an overview of the personal data processed through the website.

This website does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under the age of 16 unless they have parental or guardian consent. For what purpose and on what basis are personal data processed
Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6.1. Data automatically collected by our website is processed for the purpose of further improving our services. This data (for example, your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.

Pursuant to applicable legal obligations (including accounting), invoices containing your personal data must be retained. Thus, this data will be kept as long as the applicable term runs. Webhosting
Web hosting and e-mail services are purchased from COMBELL. COMBELL processes personal data on behalf of Made by e l l e n and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata on the use of the services, these are not personal data. COMBELL has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss and unauthorised use of your personal data. COMBELL is bound to confidentiality under the agreement.
COMBELL has access to your data to provide (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement entered into with them, COMBELL is obliged to implement appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Data is backed up regularly to prevent loss of data.
For regular business e-mail traffic, the services of COMBELL are used. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and my data as much as possible. However, COMBELL does not have access to my inbox and all e-mail traffic is kept confidential.
Newsletters are sent using MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. You will see the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email sent automatically through the website. You will then no longer receive the newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other Internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve its service and, as part of this, share information with third parties.
Payment Service Provider
For handling (part of) the payments in the webshop, the Mollie platform is used. MOLLIE processes your name, address and residence information and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. MOLLIE has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. MOLLIE reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and as part of this to share (anonymized) data with third parties. MOLLIE shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit reference agencies in the case of a deferred payment application (credit facility). All the guarantees mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data are also applicable to those parts of MOLLIE’s service for which they engage third parties. MOLLIE will not retain your data longer than permitted by legal time limits.
Viewing, adjusting or deleting data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Made by e l l e n and you have the right to data portability. This means you can make a request to send the personal data I hold in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you.
You can send a request to inspect, correct, delete, transfer your personal data or request the revocation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to ellen@madebyellen-b2b.be. To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, you are asked to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (CSN). This is to protect your privacy. I will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Right to transferability
